Return & Refund Policy for Sphynx Kittens
At YinYangPurr, we are deeply committed to ensuring that every family receives a healthy, well-adjusted Sphynx kitten. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. To provide peace of mind, we’ve outlined a clear and fair return and refund policy.
Health Discrepancies or Genetic Issues
If a licensed veterinarian discovers any discrepancies between the health of your kitten and the records we provided or if the kitten is diagnosed with a genetic condition you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of verification.
If you prefer a replacement kitten, you will need to submit written confirmation from two licensed veterinarians from separate clinics documenting the genetic issue.
This ensures any health concerns are properly evaluated before proceeding with a replacement.
Returning a Kitten Within 90 Days
If you determine within 90 days of adoption that you are unable to provide the necessary care for your Sphynx kitten, you may return the kitten for a full refund.
A health evaluation will be conducted to confirm the kitten has not experienced harm or illness due to environmental stress or improper care.
If the kitten is found to be unwell due to environmental factors, a refund will not be issued.
After 90 Days
If more than 90 days have passed since adoption and you are no longer able to care for your kitten:

Refunds are no longer available.

However, we remain committed to supporting you and your kitten and are happy to offer advice and resources to ensure their continued well-being.
Returns and Shipping Fees
If returning the kitten within 90 days due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any shipping or travel costs involved in the return.
If a health issue or genetic defect is confirmed by a veterinarian within the first 7 days, we will cover the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return or request a refund:

Fill out the Return/Refund Request Form located at the bottom of this page.

Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
